Return Window

⏱ 2-Hour Window

You have 2 hours from the time of delivery to raise a return or refund request. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted.

Return Scenarios

Damaged or Defective Product

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may choose a full refund to your original payment method OR a free re-delivery of the correct item. Return pickup and re-delivery charges are fully borne by the retailer.

Change of Mind

Changed your mind? Returns are accepted within the 2-hour window. However, the return delivery charge is borne by the customer. Refund is processed to your original payment method within 24–48 hours once the item is returned and verified by the retailer.

Restaurants & Ready-to-Eat

No returns or refunds on orders from restaurants or ready-to-eat food categories, due to the perishable nature of these items.

Order Already Picked Up by Delivery Partner

Once your order has been picked up by a delivery partner and is out for delivery, no refund or return can be initiated at that stage.

How to Raise a Return Request

Step 1 — Raise a Request Within 2 Hours

Open the GETZO app, go to Orders, select your delivered order and tap Raise a Return Request within 2 hours of delivery.

Step 2 — Share Evidence

For damaged items, share a clear photo or video of the product as received.

Step 3 — We Review

Our team reviews your request and confirms eligibility within a few hours.

Step 4 — Refund or Re-delivery

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 24–48 hours. Re-deliveries are scheduled at the earliest available slot.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Food items from restaurants or ready-to-eat category
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
  • Items returned after the 2-hour window has elapsed

Cancel before it's packed.

Cancellation Window

Before Picker Accepts — Free Cancellation

You can cancel your order at no charge anytime before the store picker accepts your order. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

After Picker Accepts — No Cancellation

Once the store picker has accepted your order and begun packing, cancellation is not possible. The retailer has already committed resources to fulfil your order.

How to Cancel

Open Your Active Order

Go to Orders in the GETZO app and tap on your active order.

Tap Cancel Order

The Cancel Order button is visible only while the order is in the pending/awaiting acceptance stage.

Refund Processed

Cancellation confirmed instantly. Refund credited to your original payment method within 24–48 hours.

Order Cancelled by GETZO

In rare cases GETZO or the retailer may cancel your order due to item unavailability, store closure, or operational constraints. In such cases:

  • You will be notified immediately via the app and SMS
  • A full refund is issued automatically to your original payment method
  • No charges are applied to your account

Who We Are

GETZO is a hyperlocal quick commerce platform operated by Radiant Threads Pvt Ltd, registered in India. Our platform connects customers with local retailers in Rourkela, Odisha for fast delivery and in-store pickup.

Delivery address and approximate location for zone detection and delivery routing. Only collected when you place an order or grant permission.

Device type, OS version, push notification token for app functionality and delivery updates.

We share your data only with service providers essential to operating GETZO. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may use your order history, preferences, and usage patterns to show you personalised offers, promotions, and recommendations within the GETZO platform.   • We do not store payment card details on our servers

The rules of the road.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GETZO platform (website, mobile app, or any related service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use GETZO. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Radiant Threads Pvt Ltd.

2. About GETZO

GETZO is a hyperlocal quick commerce marketplace that connects customers with local retailers in Rourkela, Odisha. GETZO facilitates transactions between customers and retailers and provides delivery services through independent delivery partners.

⚠️ Important

GETZO is a platform intermediary. Retailers are independent businesses. GETZO is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by retailers, beyond the measures described in these terms.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide a valid Indian mobile number to register
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must be 18 years or older to use GETZO
  • One account per individual. Multiple accounts may be suspended
  • GETZO reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Orders & Payments

  • All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes
  • A platform fee of ₹10 per order (₹15 for multi-store orders) applies to all orders
  • Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and displayed at checkout
  • Payment is due at the time of placing the order
  • GETZO uses Cashfree Payments and Razorpay for secure payment processing
  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment

5. Delivery

  • Delivery is available only within serviceable zones in Rourkela
  • Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational factors
  • GETZO is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
  • You must ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order
  • Delivery partners are independent contractors, not employees of GETZO

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Placing fraudulent, fake, or malicious orders
  • Attempting to manipulate pricing, delivery fees, or promotions
  • Harassing or abusing delivery partners, retailers, or GETZO staff
  • Using GETZO for any unlawful purpose
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse offers or credits
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to access GETZO's systems unauthorisedly

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and technology on the GETZO platform are the property of Radiant Threads Pvt Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GETZO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in dispute.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rourkela, Odisha.

11. Changes to Terms

GETZO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the app. Continued use of GETZO after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
